Very expensive - with not a lot to actually do! The only free activities were the main stage and 'Raver Tots'. It didn't help that it rained on the day we visited, so no actual balloons were sighted. But even so, our group felt that the programme was a bit sparse compared to other festivals.

Amazing day out! 🎡🎪 The ravor tots was amazing, perfect for young children. Myself and my husband enjoyed it just as much. A different range of rides for different ages. Our three children loved the entire day 🩷🩵💙 The balloon launch was spectacular🎈 This being one of my favourite parts. The whole thing was extremely well organised ♥️ Looking forward to returning next year.

Great familiy oriented festival

Great festival, music and events for all ages !

Didn't realise when booking that the Balloons weren't being launched until 1830, which was too late for our kids to stay out let alone other peoples younger kids. Planning a smaller launch or splitting it into two launches in the day would of been better so visitors not staying through to the evening could see the launches. Other forms of entertainment were plentiful in the different Big Tops and the outdoor arena. Not a huge choice of food stalls for the size of the event, with only a couple having vegetarian and gluten-free options. Better management of the ground could have been taken into consideration, we visited on the Sunday and had to physically drag a pram through the very muddy areas around the ground - I'm fully aware of the nature of these types of events, but for an event to advertise so much for kids and not manage the ground made it very difficult to navigate around. As with all events like this, you can't expect a cheap day out unless you're packing a full day's worth of food, snacks and drinks. The event had definitely been organised well, but a few key things had been missed from our perspective.

Despite the weather on Saturday we had a really enjoyable Friday and Sunday as we were camping. The balloons and fireworks were spectacular. A couple of minor teething problems but overall well organised and we will come back next year and hopefully better luck with the Briti sh weather. Onwards and upwards

Absolutely fantastic day for the whole family! We were a family of 4 ages range from 0-31 and we had the best day! There was such a good variety of things to do from arts and crafts to raves, it had it all. We hope it's on again next year!

Amazing had such a good day with the kids here. Literally something for everyone. Will definitely do the full weekend camping next year. Reasonable prices too for food drinks and rides.

What a smashing day we all had!!! The set up was great, bar prices very reasonable and fairground rides well priced too- with something for everyone some rides I’d not seen before either!! The balloon launch was amazing only bettered Bt the balloon glow at the end of the evening! I must also mention the Raver Tots big top…… fabulous 😊 Overall a huge 👍

Disappointed - saw no balloons after waiting all day! There was a large fair inside but very expensive after paying a lot for the tickets to get in!. Struggled to find somewhere to sit. - no separate picnic area as described. Rider from the Isle of Man saves the day!!!
